Our virtual paint consultations are perfect for anyone seeking:

What you will receive-

Each session is one hour (60 minutes) in duration and is conducted via video-conferencing. This time is dedicated to providing quick and efficient answers to your specific color-related questions, discussing the project’s scope, and providing the color solutions that you need. After the conclusion of the consultation, you will receive a customized Consultation Summary Report detailing the meeting within 24 hours.

The Process:

1. Reserve your spot by purchasing a session ( 1 hour in length)

2. Select the desired time slot through the scheduling link emailed to you. In the event all time slots are taken or you have special availability, please email us to schedule.

3. Complete the pre-consultation questionnaire to prepare for the consultation and maximize the session.

4. Attend your scheduled appointment time.

5. After completion of the consultation, you will receive a Consultation Summary Report detailing the meeting.

Policy-

Refunds are only accepted up to 72 hours before a virtual paint consultation

Consultations canceled less than 72 hours before a virtual paint consultation are subject to a refund less the $75.00 cancellation fee.

No Refunds on NO SHOWS, late attendance, completed consultations, or cancellations within 24 hours of your virtual paint consultation.

FAQs

When can I schedule my paint consultation?-  Once you reserve your spot by purchasing a session above, you will be emailed a scheduling link. You can schedule it based on what time slots are available. Times are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have special availability, email us at  kmdesignstudio.interiors@gmail.com to schedule.

What happens if I can’t make my virtual paint consultation? Notify us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you accordingly. You have up to 72 hours before your consultation to cancel with a refund or reschedule. Please review our policy. We will work closely with you to reschedule your meeting.

How soon will I receive my paint colors? We will give them to you during the meeting and in your detailed Consultation Summary Report. Upon request, we can complete a paint schedule for you to give to your contractor.

How long is the virtual paint consultation? The session is 60 minutes.

Will 1 virtual paint consultation be enough for my large paint project? Depending on the size of your home and the complexity of your paint project, you may need more than one session. Please reach out to us at kmdesignstudio.interiors@gmail.com if you have questions, and we’ll guide you on the appropriate amount of sessions to purchase.

What will be discussed during the consultations? We will discuss the information provided by you on the pre-consultation Questionnaire, which will include the areas you would like painted, colors you like and dislike, color placement, style aesthetics, and home decor suggestions that complement your new paint color(s).
